Hog Roast Services Ltd is an amalgamation between three people each from a different background with a unique area of expertise.

Stephen Marsden MD of Spitting Pig - With 25 years experience working with hog roast machines in the outdoor events and catering industry Stephen now operates the number 1 hog roast catering company in the UK. Stephen is the MD director of Hog Roast Services and also responsible for the design of all our product ranges and works as head of the sales team.

James Alpe MD of James Alpe Ltd - James's background lies in vehicle conversions, bodywork and accident and repair. Over the last 20 years the business has grown and he now operates from a large industrial unit in Clitheroe Lancashire which is now the manufacturing facility for Hog Roast Services. His expertises lie in metal work, welding, product design and manufacture meaning we can produce a quality product. James works as a consultant and is heavily involved in research and development, product design and operational management.

Nigel Davies MD of Pilot Gas - Nigel background lies in the gas installation, plumping and electrics industry. Pilot was brought in to gas up the first every hog roast machine made by Hog Roast Services and they still are an integral part of the business today. Nigel and his team of Gas Safe certified engineers are responsible for all of servicing aspect of the business as well as ensuring the quality and safety of all our machines.
