Bbq Cooking
The phenomenon of spit-roasting and hog-roasting roasting meat over dancing flames is a method of cooking which is surreptitiously steeped in history. Dating back as far as humanity itself, this method is highly primitive. It relies on utilising the natural elements which surround us. First of all, one has to make and foster, then maintain, a fire. Over this, a whole creature is affixed and turned in order to cook. In its essence, none of this process needs any form of modern technology at all. The method is ancient indeed, yet the crux of the operation, and the key features of cooking in this way, have not been bettered or improved by anyone form any region on Earth. Primitive, yes, however it is also indefatigable in its culinary prowess and splendour.

The barbecue, as a means of supplying food to various numbers of people, is a method which has also captured the heart of many people worldwide, no more so than here at hogroastmachine.com. Like so many millions across the world, we feel there are few finer ways of enjoying each others company than eating together in the summer sun. Utilising the beauty of a cold beer and laughter, the great smells, sounds and tastes of outdoor cooking help to bring people together. Making the world smile, the grace of outdoor catering is as historically relevant as it is wonderful to behold. Putting the theatre and glamour back into the outdoor catered event, our roaster machine units provide the ideal way to totally revamp the barbecue.

In many ways, the market regarding the trade in hog and spit roasting machines is flooded by those who design, builds and sell gas fired roasters. Whilst we have no undying disdain for such a method of food preparation (as, after all, we all have ovens within our homes), we feel that the use of them in the arena of hog roasting is pointedly useless. Centring on taking an oven outside, the while essence, for us, of the hog roast is lost in this manner. We even tried gas fired hog roasters early in outrage, but we simply could not bring ourselves to compromise so heavily when it came to taste. Because of this, and a few other, equally important, reasons, we stayed solidly behind the bounteous beauty of the coal fired hog roast. The first major disadvantage when utilising the services of a gas powered hog or spit roaster, particularly on behalf of a catered event supplier, is the fact that the machine facilitates a process which has no authenticity at all. Where many firms which use gas aim to purport the notion that their bespoke events have all the medieval drama you could shake a stick at, they are so very wrong. We have been to these events and the idea is preposterous; that our medieval ancestry used gas and electricity! Totally ridiculous and it looked so too. The guests often agreed, that in order to have a spit roast or a hog roast, one must do it properly. Having a gas and electric system when creating a hog roast event is, in essence, like travelling the world via the reading of an atlas and no more.

The first and foremost reason why gas is such a distant second is the element of taste. To us, taste is the arena in which we ply our trade. Predominantly, it is the major sense which caterers recognise for its loveliness and its potential. Maximising the pleasure gained from taste, it is our role and passion to provide our catering customers with hog and spit roasting machines which allow for taste sensations that will keep their customers yearning for more. Alternatively, gas powered hog roast machines behave almost exactly like the ovens we have in our homes, helped along by a rotating spit which adds a dab of truth to the essential lie which, in essence, is what the gas powered process is. The flames contain no helpful cooking aromas, perhaps just holding the faint yet hardly piquant aroma of Propane. Whilst cooking times can generally be accurate (but nowhere near as accurate as our well engineered traditional systems), the taste deficit which one buys into when using gas is such that we feel that the endeavour is majoratively pointless. Great for taking the inside to the outside, these gas ovens can, indeed, form a great and interesting method to cook food outside. However, if you want a system which provides an actual hog roast, then you need look no further than our beautifully engineered hog and spit roasting solutions. Further downsides of the gas powered hog and spit roast barbecue solutions include the loss of the theatrical element within the event you are holding. This is a huge aspect when viewing the catered event industry, as the theatrical element is one of the key factors regarding the decision people take when ordering a hog or spit roast service. Wishing to be put in touch with a slightly more archaic and animalistic form of dining, the idea that people wish to have a hog roast which is fuelled by gas is one that the majority of those who order the event don't share.

So if you love the hog roast and all its glory, but were thinking that convenience ought to stipulate a purchase, on your behalf, in favour of a gas fuelled hog or spit roast machine, think again. We stood by the perfect simplicity of using beautiful charcoal to roast our pig, purely because of the unparalleled taste and unmistakeable theatre. Our engineering solutions have helped to create us the envy of many other manufacturers and designers in the catering industry, as our machines consistently display ease of use combined with catering power across the whole range.

Using ultra high tech machining techniques alongside an incessantly pure attention to detail, our manufacturing processes show that we are, indeed, a group of forward thinkers who place much emphasis on trust. Often a shock to many who may believe that charcoal is a thing of the past, our engineering and manufacturing solutions allow for the past to be seamlessly intertwined with the future. From the most simple of symbols; that huge smile across the face of someone who has eaten the food which has been bequeathed to them from the cavernous belly of our machines, it is easy to see why we stuck it out. It is our love of food combined with our passion for engineering which led us forth. Compared to our competitors whose commitment is only to their wallets, we decided against the quick fix solution that gas ovens bring, and instead opted for the route which took more effort, much more investment, but eventually yielded by far the most in terms of taste, experience and sheer dining theatre

Our love for the barbecue spirit and our total passion for the hog roast is underlined in our commitment to perfection in our designs. Allowing us to utilise a fuel which lends a simply unbeatable flavour, we feel that where gas ovens detract form the true hog roasting spirit that is millennia old, we only enhance it, time and time again. There is a saying which states, 'If its not broken don't fix it.' Gas ovens aim to fix a problem that isn't there and thus they fail. We, unlike the makers of such inferior gas fuelled ovens, saw no problem. Instead we formulated our machines in order to embolden an already existing beauty in order to make it accessible for all, whatever the weather, whatever the meat and for whoever wished to use them, be them novice or expert.
